What anticipation waiting for Stephanie and Mike’s fall wedding to arrive. The last wedding of my very busy wedding season and I couldn’t have gone out with a better bang! This was one of the most memorable weddings I have ever been to in my career! I met Stephanie and Mike back in the spring when we did our engagement shoot and I knew right then and there, their wedding was going to be incredible. Both so in love and so photogenic.
We started off getting ready with the girls at Stephanie’s and Mike’s house in Riverview, the weather was mild, not too cold, and partly sunny (awesome for an October wedding)! We took our time there, had lots of laughs, a few teary moments, and some puppy snuggles of course. The boys were getting ready not far from us, and we arrived there just in time to catch them having a beer…or two. The boys didn’t have any teary moments, but plenty of laughs, some excited, some slightly nervous. The yanked out their Boston Bruins jerseys and hats and insisted we get a few with them in those. ( Even though I am a Canuck fan… I happily obliged). We headed to a sweet little location with a covered bridge for the first look. It was one of my favourite locations I’ve ever shot at. The first look was perfection, and we continued shooting there, taking full advantage of the fall foliage around us! We split up the bridal party photos into a few different locations, one outside the church, and one on Dobson trail. The lighting, trees, leaves, and people were all incredible. A cute church wedding, followed by an amazingly decorated reception at the Moncton Golf Club. ( Decorated by the families and friends of the bride and groom! ).
Mike and Stephanie have been together since high school and you can plainly see that their love has not faded at all. They make each other laugh, they appreciate each other, and most importantly, they love each other unconditionally. I had such a blast hanging out with the entire wedding party and I wish I could re live this wedding day, every day! I loved this wedding so much, I even submitted a photo to the Vogue Italia website…and it was published! These two are meant to be models, I swear! The are so ridiculously, ridiculously, good looking. ( Okay, may have stolen that line from Zoolander, but hey, it’s true! )
Thanks for such an incredible experience you two! Congrats again!
